I urged our HR/Legal to pay the premium fee at the end of Sep, then I
finally got it in early Oct.

has been approved for a while, but she didn't receive the approval notice.
And she said the status update is not always accurate. So if you haven't
got result after a while, don't just keep waiting as I did, ask your
lawyer to follow up.

发帖数: 16457 | 11 没错。上次给我renew倒挺快，但不是从上个H1B失效的时候开始，而是从申请的时间开
始算，白白地损失了几个月。现在算来，等我排期差不多到了的时候，也是我第二个
H1B失效的时间。但排期到了又不保证能批，搞不好为了那点时间还得再申请一次。
