发帖数: 690 | 5 你的 I-485 正在 pending，因为有 AOS 兜底儿，没有身份之忧。
对于主申请人来说，不但要尽快找到工作，还要是 same or similar 的职位。否则，
一旦裁决时你不能回复 RFE，I-485 也就危险了。
是 H-1b transfer 还是使用 EAD，均可。
I-485 过没过 180 天，关系不大。I-140 尚未批准，也没有问题。
副申请人就无所谓了。 |

for the future employment sponsorship, not the past and even not the '
current'.
