Our company started my ads in Jan and planned to submit my PERM in April.
However, there were some reorganization in our company and I was transferred
from A position to B position. HR told me that we had to start PERM over
again, since my position has been changed. My God! It wasted me several
months! Are they correct? What can I do?

发帖数: 871 | 4 If your HR and llawyer both think you better redo your PERM, you better
follow the advice. Otherwise if your PERM is rejected due to different job
description, you are gonna waste more time. |
