律师说USCIS已经clear the check，但是就是没有receipt。她说去年11月去要求发
receipt，到现在没有消息。
我觉得律师明显在骗我，因为是公司出钱，她肯定是跟公司串通一气托着。
不知道哪位兄弟6个月没收到receipt。

It is very possible!
many employers are doing similar things! they manipulate us like toys.
they can keep us in dark for 10 years!
nobody knows whether they filed 140 or not because we don't have the "rights
" to get a copy of I140 which is their company property!
