3个月了，一直没消息，withdraw还没有成功。
请教下:
1. audit case到底可不可以withdraw?
2. withdraw到底要多久阿？
3. 怎么查case状态阿。我在这里查：http://pds.pbls.doleta.gov/ 要求ETAcase number必须P/D开头， 我ＥＴＡ ｃａｓｅ ｎｕｍｂｅｒ是Ａ开头的阿。所以查不到。这个怎么回事啊？

觉得audit很难通过。（律师申请时候要求博士学位，结果被audit）
干脆就withdraw后重新申请，用硕士学位申请。 |

timeline is uncertain. 不过不知道此律师说的可靠否。 |

attorney to email a status inquiry to
ATL. It is best not to withdraw after denial, because it raises a red flag
to the DOL, and could result heightened
scrutiny for this employer, though supervised recruitment.

If it is denied, why we need withdraw?

果，09年audit又把一大堆人给卡了很久，比USCIS还糟糕。 |
