2007
Husband: EB2, priority date 12/2007, I-140 approved 12/1/2010.
on 12/2/2010, got email notice that both 485 have been approved.
On approval notices,husband shows E26 and derivative adjustment, mine shows
E27 and direct beneficiary of immigration application.
Question: how is this possible? Is this approved by mistake of USCIS? Looks
like they used my EB3 priority date and my husband's EB2 category and
combined them. Did this ever happen before?

away.

发帖数: 703 | 3 Even if your PD is 6/19/2006, there is no way your 485 could get approved.
This is just Dec, not Jan yet.
