Around +4000 china perms got approved between 2009 10-1 and 2010 09-30. If I
do the math wrong. Please correct me.
For FY2008, over 3400 perms got approved
For FY2009 over 2000 perms got approved.
I think roughly close to 10,000 EB2 demand right now after Aug 2007, adding

massive audit to PERM applications in early 2009. For lots of case, it took
over a year to get PERM approved. |

so 10K estimated post-Aug07 demands plus 6-7K existing 485 inventory with
USCIS comes down to 16-17K total demand? Even if EB2C gets 5K visas every
year it takes 3-4 yrs for someone whose PD is today to become current...not
bad at all. |
