On November 23, 2010 we mailed the document to the address we have on
file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not,
or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a
card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization
certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or
advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order
to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced
and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document
within 30 days of the approval of your application.
这case整个被local office 害了。TSC 转到local，local竟然说因为主申请人的案子
仍在TSC为
由，在待了快两年后，在主申请人case批准当天，将case 转回了TSC。 刚从议员那得
到信息说要打

说在5天内会发通知要求打指纹。
只是这个Card/ Document Production又不像。接过指纹/REF的说说，一般是什么状态
