He might get confused by the data or he has doubt about the data, so he is
asking sdfg for more info, since EB3C lawsuit cares more about NVC EB3C data.
I don't feel bad intention in his posts.

those topics regarding the increasing students/scholars. He post it several
times.
My intention is not to question anybody, just curious why he is doing that. Personally I think he is a lawyer or similar.

I am not P838,P8388, I am not an expert. I just came to this area from
August 2010. After receiving my GC 2 months ago, I am trying to help people
gain basic knowledge of visa and GC.
Last month I found a lot of people whose PD after summer 2007 were care
about what happened after summer 2007, I tried to explain something to these
people.
Several days ago I found recent NVC data which most people couldn’t
understand at the beginning. I tried to explain it and let people notice
and understand NVC data, my knowledge is limited, maybe my understanding is
not correct. I apologize to bother people who do not agree with me.
I appreciate every friend’s kind help on this website.
I feel happy if I could do something for every friend.
Best regards to every friend who is still waiting for his (her) GC on this
website. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season.
