发帖数: 323 | 5 Ask 律师 to follow up. Mine took about 10 months, which was rediculous long.
I had to tell law firm that you either follow up or re-file, or I would do
it myself. They re-filed it and got it in a month. Just sending a letter of
inquery and waiting may not always work. Some times a letter of inquery may
be lost, this is particularly true if your lawyer resides at a different
State from where you are working.
