jail and your adjustment application is pending with USCIS, ICE will send a
request of expedition to USCIS, and your adjustment application will be
adjudicated in 30 days.
How many legal immigrants out there with an AOS application pending for
more than 30 days? Many, I believe. At lease I am one of them.
What is unfair to legal guys of this memo is that as a legal immigrant with
