而你们公司hire你是以你receiving MS degree为条件的话，就应该可以。比如说有些
职位要求有博士学位，但也会hire在读的博士生，条件是必须在某段时间内拿到学位。
不过这种问题还是以律师的答复为准。 |

uses MS.
If need to use PHD, need to create a new position that is >50% different
from the current job.
Don't rely on attorneys totally, they just get paid on the cases

貌似没什么问题啊？以前也没有工作经历。
不过我是等到第二年才开始办的绿卡，公司规定要工作一年之后才给办。。。

Is it true that I should plan leaving ASAP after getting my priority date,
otherwise there might be some issues
with H1B-transfer?
