首先同大家double check一下我对PD的定义理解得是否正确：是EB2 PERM被approved的
日期么？
07/06/2010，我收到以下notice:
Preliminary procssing of the above applciation or petition has been
completed, and it has been transferred to the USCIS office at:
USCIS-NBC, PO Box XXXXX, Lee's Summit, MO 64064
That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the
application or peition. Any further inquiries should be made to that office.
然后，我在07/28/2010收到了要求09/01/10 面试的通知。
我想请教大家的问题是：
