CHINA : CERTIFIED = 2112

发帖数: 1139 | 8 这个总结的好。多谢！按照这个数据，PERM从2009之后真是少得可怜，那么剩余一定少不了。难怪DOS要改成quarterly spill了呢，如果等到夏天再spill剩的太多忙不过来啊。

发帖数: 1139 | 9 我觉得DOS现在想改成quarterly spill，可能就是不想像2007年夏天那样弄个current
，搞得一团糟。如果真是quarterly spill，PD应该是稳步向前蹦的，这样也可以避免
LIFO的出现（last in first out），FY2011有可能会推进到2008年。感觉中印EB2在
2007年7月之后的（加上2007年7月前的PD但没赶上递485的），大概还有3-4万，
明年估计够呛，FY2012 EB2应该会current。
