I received a notice that your new EAD card has been approved for the
validity period 8/19/2010 to 8/18/2011. It's possible that it was granted
for only one year because USCIS expects for your priority date to become
current before August 2011. However, your priority date of XX，XX, 2006 is
not necessarily that close to the current EB3 China priority date, which is
August 15, 2003. I hope that the government knows something about rapid
progression in EB3 for China during the upcoming | P***a

. PD of EB3C may not move to 2006 in next FY. If you stay with this one,
chances are you will renew it again. If you don't have to pay for it, then
