参议员联系了DOS后，发来了DOS的回复。基本还是7%limit，1000/年reduce to
compensate 54000.
Although no good news, I think we can make the DOS feel the pressure. So, I
think it will be better for more of us to contact Senators. I submitted
EB1 and received green card already. However, as a EB2 before, I can feel
the pain of waiting. I wish we can all fight for a better future.
