I should have got it two years ago if I was a little bit luckier. As many of
you know, there was short period of time in the 2008 summer when the EB2C
PD was advanced to early 2006. I tried a couple of infopasses and finally
got a nice lady to call the NSC to push the case. I believe my case was
under review when the DOS announced the quota was used up in late August; as
I noticed there were several LUDs at the end of the S | N****w

2008. Now it is 2010. So that is 2 more years, not 3 more years.
