rfe (at least of those eb2s). If 99% were pre-approved, why would so many
get rfes then?

工作，不能不工作。
绿卡原本是给future jobs的。所以得保持有工作啊。 |

If you can't find the job, then there is no option for you to use H1B. My
lawyer told me 485 pending is a legal status in USA, doesn't matter whether
you keep using H1 or just use EAD.
Even if you find a similar job, better for you to use EAD, because it's hard
for them to find out that you changed the job, then very little chance for
you to receive RFE. However, if you file H1B transfer, most likely USCIS
will send you |

如果新的工作同一领域并且比较稳定的话，没必要为了保持个H1放弃机会

而H1到期，至少得回国一年以上。
