You may have to wait until June 01 to push for that. but I think you can ask
service request now to see how they reply your service request. After that,
you can contact with your state senator and congressmen. And you can show
them some evidence.If everything is ok and the only problem is the visa
number, I think the congressmen may like to give it a shot.
that's my 2cent.
