also he said that he spent at least 80 hours on my GC, his billing rate is
150 per hour, so totally his time is worthy of 12000
total fine will be 32000 dollars for me

I wrote this stupid boss 20 emails and he never told me any number.
After 140 approved, he told me he paid 20k plus his 80 hours time
