My perm (form ETA 9089) has just filled online yesterday. My employer has
also responded to DOL's confirmation email . However, my attorney double
checked all the info and noted one mistake on the form. He suggested I
should withdraw the case now and refile a new one. Should I withdraw my case
?what is the impact? Is there any way I can make an amendment to my case?
The mistake he found is on Section I D13 & D14. I entered the recruiting
