可是后面申请的cases都有approve了。
想问一下版上还有没有相同情况？

and 10/07 are still pending, but those cases were audited in 11/07 and 12/07

发帖数: 433 | 5 What I meant is my case was put in audit queue in 11/07, and DOL did nothing
in auditting for half a year.
In 6/08, DOL announced that it had begun auditing all permanent labor
certification applications.
Since then, I haven't heard anything.

发帖数: 155 | 7 Who is your attorney? Fragomen? I use them to file LC. DOL announce to audit
every case from Fragomen. But later on, DOL announce again to release the
special audit from Fragoment. But still those cases will go through normal
audit process, which is 60-70% probability of being audit. Mine was audited
second time. Do not have any information so far. I guess you are being
audited second time just like me. |
