Care For Children on World Humanitarian Day
In an effort to raise public awareness of humanitarian assistance, the
United Nations designated August 19 as World Humanitarian Day. The day
honors those whose work brings assistance and relief to millions around the
world. Today examins what humanitarian work entails and the challenges the
humanitarian may face.
