I emailed Paypal questioning the transaction fee for donation money.
Hopefully the message below is useful for those accounts designated as "
charity donation account" to wavie the transaction fees.

A lot of people are donating money to victims in the recent
earthquake disaster in China. Paypal earned a lot transaction fees.
This is just like a vimpire sucking blood from those victims.
