w****n 发帖数: 266 | 1 We installed SQL server 2012 on a test server with SQL server 2008 aside and
wanted to upgrade all SSIS 2008 packages to 2012. I copies the packages to
a new location on the same server, upgraded to SSIS 2012 with Visual Studio
2010, changed the shared data sources to SQL 2012. The project is with
package deployment model and some packages reference to other packages in
the same project, when I tried to change the external referenced package(in
the same project) to the new location, if the external packages have derived
columns (ETL load date, logID), I can't save the change. They still point to
the old location. If the external packages have not derived columns,
everything goes well. Any suggestion? Thanks. | w****n 发帖数: 266 | 2 Solved. I need change the variables directory to the new location, the issue
is caused by derived columns, variables, and expressions. Thanks. | d***e 发帖数: 793 | 3 maybe I ask the primary reasons of you to upgrade to 2012 from 2008? | w****n 发帖数: 266 | 4 My boss wants to shut down the SQL server 2008 on the test server.
