Support, 又象QA的.....(跟database沾边, 但是又不是纯database的, 班主看着办吧)
The Senior Systems Analyst is a member of the technical staff, reporting
directly to the Sr. Director of Application Development and working directly
with a number of business units to thoroughly understand their business and
critical needs as well as help define a priority roadmap for technical
projects. This person will work closely with both the Sr. Dir of
Application Development and the Sr. Director of IT to understand capacity,
scope projects and collaborate with business units to establish priorities
and timelines for projects. This person will be responsible for crafting
all detailed requirements with the functional units and ensuring their
readiness for the technical team to execute against. This person will also
be responsible for testing all deliverables to assure proper quality and
adherence to specifications before presenting to the business units as well
as driving project plans and timelines with both the functional units and
the technical directors. Finally, this person will be responsible for
providing technical support to the functional units in the event of
technical issues or escalations on related projects. As a critical member
of a small team, the senior systems analyst will work independently with end
users, developers, IT staff and the rest of the technical team in a highly
multi-faceted role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engages with select business units to understand their business, process,
critical IT needs, significant challenges, milestones, etc., in order to
best represent their needs to the technical departments.
Works directly with end users to identify business requirements and
translate to engineering technical specifications
Works directly with Application Development and IT management to understand
capacity craft, scope and timelines for projects critical to their assigned
business units.
Works directly with users and level 1 and level 2 support to provide senior
technical support for products and systems level application support
Spec and write reports and queries from the systems for the business units.
Coding bug fixes and other features as necessary
Helps develop training and user materials with the operational user teams
for new modules and system enhancements
Assists with coordinating and completing programming changes
Maintain and updates tables and parameters
Research data issues directly in the system.
REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years of experience in hands-on systems analysis and or application
support
3-5 years of project management/oversight as part of the systems work
2-5 years experience with databases,queries, reports, etc.
2-7 years working knowledge of application support and functional design
techniques
2-7 years working knowledge of enterprise browser based applications
3-5 years of some programming experience OR technical installation/
implementation of third party applications
Bachelor’s degree Technical or Project Management certifications a plus |
