debian is the best, much stable than
Oracle Enterprise Linux, less hassle to deal with those package management.
If you have a lot of time, and don't mind to compile source package, go with
Redhat enterprise 5($340 per
machine), Oracle Enterprise Linux 5(free so far).
If you are really lazy person, go for window for good.
