programmer to join our NIH-funded project for analysis and extraction of RNA
sequence information from pools of digital numbers (currently in excel
files) collected from liquid chromatography - mass spectrometers.
Qualifications:
excellent in Excel
excellent in programming
relevant experience in data analysis of DNA/RNA sequencing and
algorithm development
Experience in nucleic acid chemistry and mass spectrometry-based
sequencing is a plus
