play as both analytical／Data Science leader and business facing role. The
company has a fast pacing culture and has a very flat organization chart.
The team is in need of an experienced technical leader.
Requirements:
• Leadership: the candidate must have strong leadership to manage and
coach a strong analytical team;
• Excellent communication skills up to CXO level.
• Analytics: Strong statistical and analytical skills, excellent
coding skills with R/Python/SAS/SQL. Be familiar with bureau data is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or consumer credit risk. (
Banking, FinTech background preferred)
• H1B transfer and relocation to Ohio are available.
• Must physically relocate to Ohio. Remote is NOT available.
• Very competitive pay level which has similar range to those roles in
Chicago or east coast.
