发帖数: 2094 | 1 I practiced rumba and chacha today. It is probably the first time I was able
to dance chacha routine in a controlled way to match with music. It felt
really uplifting.
Of course I can always match with music, but if I try to use a bit technique
when dancing, I then feel music is way too fast and I am half a beat late.
Today, I started to use ribcage to lead my movements, and saw things
changing - I felt a bit more control of my movement (instead of a feeling of
drifting), and thus I was able to | w***5
