Esther Boyer College of Music and Dance in Temple University in Philadelphia?
It is one of the few Univ. in the US that offer a Ph.D. program in dance. Is
it a prestigious program? I know Temple is an ok university. Not familiar
with its dance program.

temple is ok, just downtown of philly and a lot of black brothers and sisters
know nothing about the program itself tho :(
