you expect that your partner must follow your advice?
It's already a wellknown rule that it's the best for a third authoritive party
( like a dance coach ) to give out suggestions to dance couples, not between
couples each other.
Of couse, we can't have private lesson every day, and dance couples do pratice
by themselves. My personal opinion about the communication between dance part
ners:

ur partner, that of course will be the best. But what if she still don't get i
t the second time? or the third time? sometimes she herself just don't realize
it, and "practice one more time" don't necessarily solove the problem... the
n are you gonna do?
1. suck it up, wait until she realize it by herself
2. let she know what you think, and hopefully she can agree with you
