was the most difficult part. now i've settled down and learned to function
without inflicting too much pain. but i cearly won't be able to dance or do
much of anything for quite some time, what a bummer! i guess i just have to
find a relatively comfortable position to sit and water with you. |

mountain national park over the long weekend:((( the pain was excrutiating..
.shed a few tears...thought i couldn't get down. but as soon as i found
myself better, i swallowed some painkillers and continued with my active
vacation. now i have to stay put and let the bone and tendon heal themselves

i did have a wonderful time...until i got to the airport realizing i had to
face the reality of injury and healing
