I don't think your coach mean for you to use "Leg" less, I think he mean you
need to use your leg muscle less, you need to give your leg muscle time to
relax
lots new dancers will be all tensed up during dancing, because they want to
control their movement everywhere,their muscle is always half-tensed up,
which casuse 2 results: 1. limited movement 2. easy tiring muscle
