发帖数: 801 | 1 看小伙伴们每周一个三催的骑着，又记得版医说过，骑车不爬坡就像吃菜不加盐，俺也
想好好努力一下。
不过作为新人，想慢慢一步步的开始，请教各位，在湾区附近有没有一些比较经典的，
适合初学者的路线？基本会有和同事一起，周末从南湾出发，要求一开始不要太高难度
，循序渐进。

第一次爬不知道啥时候能到顶，爬的我想哭，最后50米是推上去的。
早上去爬，基本上都能看见鹿。 |

Pierce Rd. Moody is probably a bit too steep for first climbing.
Following link has descriptions for many of cycling routes in the bay area.
You can spend some time to study it.
