昨天向ld申请2小时的自由活动时间获批,就很黑皮地找了一条穿过裆烫的40迈路线,
只带两瓶水就出门了。骑了1个半钟头之后呼兰就疲软了,平路逆风(10mph左右)用很
小的齿轮比,踏频保持80都很费力,速度也从20左右掉到17-18. 大家平时骑30-40迈的
