本来就drifting 不用aero也没用，呵呵。安全第一。

and the cyclist in front of you. If you pass the person in front of you
(“enter the zone”), you must do so within 15 seconds.

反倒是跟陌生人可能更危险些，因为你不知道他/她水平到底如何。

以先回一下他的招呼，然后不经意的问一下，Would you mind if I draft you?
If it is a group ride that happens to pass you and you want to hitch up to
the train, it might be easier and it also makes more sense to speed up and
ask someone at the end of the group for a permission.
Otherwise, forget about it.

rider in front that requires you to let the rider in front aware of your
existence. Unaware of your intention or existence, the rider in front may
change lines abruptly, brake or spit. If anything happens, it is trouble to
both.
It's not really an issue of the work the rider in front has to do more than
you. It's not a race. Most strong riders would not mind giving you a draft
from this point of view. In fact, they probably get their egos satisfied.
But, to be closely followed by a stranger can make some ppl uncomfortable
not to mention the potential danger mentioned above.

嗯我是在芝加哥lakefront trail。
我用的是contour roam摄像机。数据是GPS腕表纪录的，之后倒出，用一个叫
suffervision的软件合成到视频里的。
防抖动是上传到youtube以后，youtube弄的，所以数字就抖起来了。
