search and apparently these are just enlarged blood vessels and there is
some explanation for how they grew into that...

发帖数: 3290 | 6 Probably not. I've seen guys who have such enlarged/knotted blood vessels
but at less severity than Big George in my group rides. Over the years, I
can see my own blood vessels in both my legs and arms are enlarged but
luckily they are not knotted into bumps.
Surgical operations can be applied to straighten them.
