发帖数: 36 | 1 I was travelling in Houston, Texas during the X'mas & New Year holidays. I
had a chance to join the local ultramiles cycling group. They were
incredibly strong because some of them were on racing team and some were
retired from the racing team. I could barely hang on with them. I was so
happy when I finished the ride. We started in the town called Chappell Hill
, a small town between Houston and Austin, Texas, at 7:30 a.m. with a
heavily foggy morning and 100% humidity.

looks like a VERY tough ride to me.
On my daily commute, I can only keep up with 19-21MPH on flat road for
few minutes before I have to slow down to take breaks. |
