L***8 发帖数: 14	3 Rebate from agent in CT is illegal, hence it's not popular. 有没有人会私下这样做，那也不好说。如果你买的房不是很贵的，他们/她们也赚不到很多钱，还要再私下给点rebate,恐怕没有人会愿意好好帮你做事了。
