She is not really very professional at real estate. She only drives you
around to look for houses, however she can not give good suggestions.
My friend bought a house by using her service and found out the house is has
a selling price cap set by the government. In other word, my friend can get
house price appreciation out of it. May Xu (Xu Xuemei) did not even mention
that. This is very sad.
So be careful, don't use May | p**y
