外表看上去挺好的，但网上有洋人写的review，说修东西很慢，楼道很臭，等等。
有没有住过的人，帮忙分析一下啊！！性价比如何？

地毯。
这些管理公司修东西一般都比较慢，哪家都一样，多催催就行了。 |

I have heard you can buy a unit for 50000, and pay association fee for about
1000 a month.
But it looks nice. Sometimes may be a little noisy from ambulence services
on the street. |
