的驾照出国前换成新版的了,除了我的名字只有中文的,其他地方都有英文标注,
我看了下康州的dmv的主页上写
Full time students, on a student visa, maintaining an out-of-country res
idency do not have to obtain a Connecticut license as long as full-time
student status is in effect and are permitted to use their valid out-of-
country license here in Connecticut with an International Driver Permit
obtained from your home country.
An International Driver Permit is not considered a valid license. It mus
