if no, take Metronorth train to 125th Street station of NYC
(10 mins before arriving Grand Central Terminal)
transfer to M60 bus just outside the train station. it'll take u there.

if go there in night, better don't transfer at 125 St.
It's scary in the night. Harlem is notorious.
Heard there's NY airport service in Grand Central
but never try that.
try check their website.
or take 7 train (local, important)of subway at Grand Central
to 82 st-Jackson Heights station
transfer to Q33, then u r there.

some ideas regarding this no car issue:
1) call 911 for help and say you got lost in an unknown
strange place.
2) by walk
3) not physically go to airport, but think of it, as if you
are already in there.
4) call a friend every five minutes around the clock until
he agree to give you a ride.
5) find a map and go to LGA under you finger.
6) cancel the trip because you will face the same problem
again when you come back
7) hold a sign of "LGA" on the roadside.
8) taxi
9) rend a car.
