Purchaser and/or Purchasing Assistant
Position Description:
You are in charge of coordinating the procurement and distribution of
materials, parts for the organization. Must be self-motivated and be able to
demonstrate the ability to work with little supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Buyer’s daily work
• Coordinate with other departments to determine material needs and
required schedules.
• Price control to ensure company’s desirable profit margin
• Correspond with overseas vendors regarding inventory needs.
• Follow up purchase orders.
• Expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of product.
• Update database through company system
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to accurately handle, prioritize and complete multiple
tasks while managing interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact well with vendors, office staff and warehouse
staff.
• Must have a positive attitude and confidence in abilities
• Fluent in Chinese language, able to read/write in English.
Training and H1B sponsorship is possible to the right candidate.
