如果，你往东走点，cottonwood creek这边中国人的密度更高些。

willow creek/homestead inventory 太少啊！要不然都43万左右，我看school digger
上dry creek小学也不错啊~

冬天房子少，但30万左右的肯定有。

面都很旧，要不然只有买condo or townhouse...

另外，在Peoria上，Cherry Creek Drive 的南边，有一块新房区。有30-40万的房子。
如果，你不介意院子大小的话，那块或许值得看看。

no upgrade is needed if you are looking for houses in the area zhongdianshi
mentioned. they are pretty new (built in less than 10 years).
but if your budget is 40-, it is hard to find a house built in 90s or even
80s in this area. thus the remodeled or upgraded would be a better choice.

我说得是在willowcreek/cottonwood/homestead 30几万就算是updated 都买不到，凡
是内部remodeled的都要40以上

个30万以下的，就算没有update,花个5万，能做很多事情呢。并且，按你的意愿，想
update哪里就哪里。
