周六到的丹佛，今天把所有的东西安顿好，但下午开始头晕，脸涨，胸闷气短，全身发
烫。送我来的朋友中午也回去了，下午一个人在房间里，感觉到前所未有的孤单难过，
真的好不适应。
身体上，还有心情上的难受把最初拿到这个实习offer的欣喜全部冲淡了，想想自己，
暑假已经基本结束了，三个月就要在denver，没什么朋友，真的好难过，刚冲动的想买
机票这周末飞走，今天刚知道有个memorial day，如果早点知道，就六月份再来上班了
。。。。。。可是五六百的机票，还有来回折腾的时间，三天其实根本不够，也只是一
时的安慰。。。。。
唉，真的觉得自己好娇气，根本自己一个人待不住，现在还是难受，刚给朋友们打了几
个电话，气都快喘不过了，还喉咙干的难受。。。喝了好多好多的水，不知道这样的症
状什么时候可以好，或者pharmacy有没有什么药可以吃的？
真的不知道三个月的时间，能不能在丹佛交到朋友

度还差得远!虽然楼主有可能是那极小一部分对海拔变化敏感的人，但是大多数生活在
那里的人也都是好好的。我严重怀疑楼主就是发烧感冒了:)

1600米的海拔确实有点难受，你就跟我当初到丹佛感觉是一样的，爬楼都喘，呵呵，适
应一段时间就好了，如果身体不太虚弱，就别吃药，靠自己抗一抗。如果有车可以到山
里转转，如果没车，丹佛的公交也挺发达。
那里天气特别特别干燥，薯片开口放一年还是脆的，报纸放个一两年就碎了。女孩子话
，多弄得护肤补水的产品，包括唇膏，要强力补水，如果皮肤本来就干，多弄点面膜。

以才有刚来的不适应。今天真的是拼命的在喝水，下班了，在downtown逛了逛，跟同事
一起吃了晚饭，很漂亮的街区，如果Boston在我心中No.1的话，denver的市中心至少也
是No.2了。
希望随后的周末有机会到周边看看，可惜了，不能滑雪。

对有些体质，Denver开头不容易适应，干燥，高原，日照强，适应了就好了。前面上百
个回帖应该都安慰过了，咱就提点小建议。
1. 第一周，多喝水，慢走，少晒太阳，希望身体很快能适应；
2. 身体适应后，多出去走走，广交朋友，科州版，熊猫媳妇的吃喝团，教会，各种户
外俱乐部，都是认识人的地方，放开点，多跟爱玩会玩的人一起玩；
3. 认识人后就跟着进山吧。能走多少走多少，能走多远走多远，六七八月都是多好的
季节。好好体会大山，看看你是否喜欢。
三个月后，你可能发现你已经爱上这个州了。如果真是不喜欢，走就走吧，虽然很多人
梦寐以求，科州也不是所有人的那杯茶。有这么三个月的机会去确认一下，无论如何很
难得。
