BOULDER (AP) - Authorities in Boulder Country have arrested a man suspected
of confronting and tying up a
man and woman at gunpoint in the mountains west of Boulder over the weekend.
The Boulder County Sheriff's Office says that 42-year-old Joseph Scott
Carter was arrested Monday and was
being held in the county jail. Authorities say Carter is a transient who has
been camping in the area the last
couple weeks.
