的hoa，single family可能得在Erie和longmont，longmont保值很难,
Erie 可能会很荒凉,校区也不是太好, 有可能在boulder找到吗? 大家给点建议 |

Why not choose Louisville？ Location is very convenient and better than Erie
and Longmont. Top 1 place to live in CNN money in 2009. ConocoPhilips will
build a new campus and have up to 7000 employee in Louisville.
Recent bought a SFH in Louisville with 320K, Really love it. |

Broomfield应该能找到还可以的房子。现在据说condo的贷款难搞，建议买townhouse。 |

不过25w也买不到。当初（2008年）我们预算也是25w，但是发现不行，提到30w预算，
总算买到一个bank owned。louisville的好一点的房子更贵，30w以下只能买不喜欢的
，所以决定买到superior。 |

到县城里上了,住在Erie,能去Boulder上初中和高中吗? |

发帖数: 28 | 13 呵呵，握个爪。我去年年中看在那八千块incentive的份上，也冲上去在Superior买了
栋房。现在Superior除非是foreclosure, 三十万以下的Single Family House基本没有
。学区是属Boulder Valley，还不错。顺带提一句，Broomfield的房子要北边靠近
Boulder的才是Boulder Valley的学区。我印象中Lousiville有一片在盖新房，起价在
三十二万以上，应该还没包括地价和各种upgrade的价钱，估计后院的landcaping也要
自己搞，最便宜也要好几千吧。觉得Superior的location比Erie和Longmont好的地方在
于可以在Boulder（10 miles）和Interlocken(2 miles)上班。将来如果是在Downtown(
18 miles)和DTC(30miles)也不是说太远。
。不过25w也买不到。当初（2008年）我们预算也是25w，但是发现不行，提到30w预算

The landfill in Erie is still there.
Drinking water is from Boulder county.

house; is it safe? Don't think it's safer. I also found out that there were
big fires happened to the plant and soil contamination everywhere in boulder
and Denver Metro area. The half life of Pu is 24oo years, which means
wherever it gets to, we are not getting away from th

and measure around your home, then measure home of someone else 10 miles
away to do a comparison, also calculate how many Sieverts you get per day
based on the reading, and compare that to the safe radiation dose limit.

Old coal mines have been burning for decades in Boulder County. I remember
one area near Marshall where the ground surface was hot enough that snow
would never stick there, and you could see steam and little smoke seeping
out from time to time. As for Rocky Flats, yes it did produce plutonium
triggers for atomic weapons, and when it was put on the Superfund list for
cleanup, it was considered by many to be the single most environmentally
contaminated location on the planet. |
