expert, if I were you, I would provide the following information:
1, what it is made of (what kind of wood)?
2, size of your item?
3, what's the claimed circa, or your impression/the told history of this
item?
4, are there any damages/repairs
5, experts may need more detailed photos, like those of the metal shoes,
hinges, junction of the carved figures, and any places showing the texture
of the wood, etc.

My problems is in front of an item from a unfamiliar field, I always get
totally lost, having no feeling at all. My favorite thing is making a guess
about the authenticity of a look-alike antique on TV shows.
Once I watches a TV show on a Chinese channel, the host mentioned about an
expert on Chinese painting. He was able to tell it was genuine or forged by
just looking at half square foot of the whole scroll. So others called him (
last name) + (half

2。看东西要和风格联系。你在校园看见一个亚洲男人，你应该很容易就判断出他是南

3。就这件屏风材质来看，我没有看出黄花梨的特点。就雕刻风格来看，没有清代的特
点。

我出国的时候，电脑还不普及，也不会什么中文输入法。三四年前学会了在线中文输入
，打字很慢。尽管英文比中文更烂，但觉得方便。工作间隙三五分钟就可留言。象这样

做，所以内容大
多求个吉祥，文人气很少。如果做旧，反而应该做得更像明清文人家具。
家具而言，材质是最重要的，因为传承基本无法考证。
